The location was a convenient distance from the airport and there were a decent amount of restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop bar and some of the rooms had really nice views of Lisbon as well. Check in was easy and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman who gave us some tips on places to visit. The rooms were very nice, AC worked well, bathrooms were a good size and the shower was nice. Breakfast was also good and had a good selection between buffet items and a few items you could order as well. On our first night they also brought us a bottle of champaign which was nice gesture.

The room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with amenities. A bottle of Cava was provided, which was part of the welcome service. Breakfast was a good spread and worth it. The hotel is accessible, close to a metro station, and several restaurants nearby.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt so well taken care of - the hotel staff truly made your stay feel that extra bit special. Every area of the hotel is beautifully decorated with impressive attention to detail. The location is also perfect - near lots of key sites and with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars only moments away. The rooftop bar is also a true gem! Stunning views and deliciously crafted cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. Truly cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Upon check-in I was offered a glass of sparking wine and pastry. I was checked in by a lovely receptionist Andre who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I entered the room I was amazed by lovely decor and traditional Portugese tiles, the bed was comfy, they even have a pillow menu. A complementary iced champagne was a nice touch! In addition, the hotel has amazing rooftop bar on the tenth floor where you can order some great cocktails and snacks. I had a Madeira island and Strawberry sour and they were delicious. I also ordered breakfast in the room - it was continental with everything you can think of - again amazed by the quality of service and hospitality of the staff. Next time I’m in Lisbon I’m definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel!

Fantastic staff, always willing to help. Me and my fiancée stayed here a couple of days before our wedding and were overwhelmed by how attentive and friendly the staff were. Even though we had just booked one evening before heading off to our wedding destination they were extremely amenable and went out of their way to help us with any request we had. Thank you so much to all the staff here, what an amazing group of people. Also important to say that this place is extremely well situated, just beside a metro station and very easily accessible.
